Partner with AgNova
Sponsor a school. Equip a club. Grow climate action in Ghana.
AgNova is seeking support from donors, foundations, CSR partners, schools, community organisations and friends of education and climate action. Partnership can be financial, technical or in-kind — and every level is tied to schools you can name.

Why partner
What makes this worth backing
Named schools, not abstractions
You know exactly which schools your support reaches, where they are and what their clubs are doing.
Evidence, not launch photos
Geo-tagged trees, survival checks, activity logs and scorecards — reporting built on what happened after the event.
One model, four SDGs
Climate literacy, climate action, land restoration and partnership, delivered through a single school club.
Designed to outlast you
Trained teachers, district structures and community ownership mean clubs continue when the sponsorship ends.
Sponsorship levels
Three ways to support the initiative
Each level is described by what it covers. We will discuss scope and contribution with you directly, based on the number of schools and the length of support.
Support a School
Stand behind one school club for a full school year, from launch to awards.
- Club starter materials and teacher orientation
- Tree planting and digital tree mapping
- Termly action days and a school climate event
- An annual impact brief for your school
- Most impact
Support a Cluster of Schools
Back a group of neighbouring schools so they can train, compete and learn together.
- Everything in Support a School, across a cluster
- Shared teacher training and district review meetings
- Inter-school competitions and peer learning visits
- Cluster-level monitoring and recognition
Support Scale-Up
Help move the model from pilot to district and national reach.
- District master trainer development
- Open learning materials and scale-up toolkit
- Digital monitoring platform and dashboards
- National Climate Champions Awards
Sponsored schools are visible in our monitoring records through verified school-level data, and partners receive an annual impact brief. In-kind support — seedlings, materials, technology, water or recycling equipment — is equally welcome.

How partnership works
Four straightforward steps
Talk to us
Tell us what you care about — a district, a theme, a number of schools, or simply a budget you want used well.
Agree the scope
We match your support to specific schools and set out what will be delivered and what will be reported.
Delivery begins
Teacher training, club launch, learning sessions, planting, mapping and action days run through the school year.
See the evidence
You receive club records, tree survival data and an annual impact brief for the schools you support.

Questions partners ask
Before you commit
- How do you protect the children involved?
- Every club activity is supervised by trained adults. There are no unsupervised field visits, parental consent is required for activities outside school, and children's personal data and images are handled under a strict consent-based protocol. Partners receive stories and photographs only where consent has been given.
- What do partners actually receive?
- Named schools, verified activity records, geo-tagged tree data with survival checks, and an annual impact brief written in plain language. Reporting is designed to be simple for teachers to produce and credible enough for funders to rely on.
- Do you work with the education system?
- Yes. The model is designed to fit inside existing school club structures and to operate with the approval and involvement of education directorates, headteachers, school management committees and PTAs — not alongside them.
- What happens after a sponsorship ends?
- Each school keeps its trained patron, student executive, climate action plan, tree register and club toolkit. Strong schools become demonstration sites that mentor neighbouring schools, so the work continues without permanent external funding.
